1. Partners of Agreement

 

This contract is between

impulseIP hosting accounts
Victoria, Australia. From here on referred to as impulseIP

AND the one of the following end-users:

1. A private customer
2. An Organization

 

2. General

 

1. impulseIP is an Australian company delivering the highest quality of hosting accounts availiable to the Australian Community.
2. All our products are pre-paid and are on a subscription payment system, to be paid monthly unless otherwise stated.
3. You will not gain access to a hosting account until we have recieved your payment(s).
4. If you do not follow the terms and rules of this license agreement, impulseIP reserves the right to suspend or cancel your service.
5. impulseIP reserves the right to add or alter any regulations, in this license agreement, as they see fit.

 

3. Ordering the services

 

1. When ordering one of impulseIP's services you; the customer must give correct and up to date information. I.E: Name, Address etc.
2. Incomplete order applications will not be accepted.
3. The customer may not place an order for someone else but their self.
4. If impulseIP, at any time, reveals that the information given is faulty. The services may be immediately suspended.
5. Once the service is ordered, processed and paid, the customer will not be able to undo the purchase.
6. impulseIP reserves the right to choose which contract they wish to, or do not wish to accept.

 

4. Payment

 

1. At this time we will only accept payments through via the following methods:
   1. Paypal.
   2. Direct Deposit

 

5. Account

 

1. When payment has been registered the account will be activated.
2. The customer will be the owner of his/her account and have full control over the hosting account.
3. The account owner is solely responsible for the actions of the hosting account administrators.

 

6. Usage

 

1. You are not allowed to upload any copyrighted material, to the hosting account ftp, without the permission of the owner.
2. You are not allowed to upload and install any modifications which have a negative effect on the hosting account performance.
3. Do not update any hosting account software. impulseIP takes care of updating your hosting account when new updates are made available.
4. You may not use the impulseIP services for any abusive activities.
5. impulseIP reserves an absolute right to determine for itself what is abusive, pornographic, offensive, or inappropriate and will terminate the service in the event it deems any use to violate the said Policy.
6. Any use or attempted use of system to engage in software piracy or other illegal activities will result in an immediate termination of service.
7. If any use of ethnical, sexual or other forms of discrimination is somehow affiliated with the use of the hosting account the account will be terminated.
8. impulseIP accepts no responsibility for damages caused by our clients hosting accounts.

 

7. Reliability

 

1. Temporary downtimes due to scheduled hosting account maintenance, will be announced 2 days ahead.
2. Temporary downtimes due to the maintenance of security may be done at any time without being announced.
3. impulseIP is not liable for inconsistencies in the latency to the hosting account.
4. impulseIP is not liable for any downtime caused by factors which are not within our control; Such as internet latency or other similar factors.
5. Unless otherwise stated system backup is not guaranteed and each client therefore agrees to maintain a backup copy of his or her modifications, hosting account configurations or any other important information, and to store the same on his or her own computer.

 

8. Support

 

1. Support will only be given on the services that impulseIP offers.
2. Support will not be given on modifications to hosting accounts, which impulseIP do not provide.
3. All support questions need to be lodged in a ticket

9. Abuse

 

1. In case of abuse impulseIP reserves themselves the right to suspend, or even terminate the services, as we see fit.

9. Free Resellers

 

1. Free Resellers can't be used to host personal sites
2. Free hosting accounts can be terminated at any time.
3. Free Resellers Aren't Allowed to offer Free Hosting
4. Free Resellers are not to be used as a trial, if you want a trial Reseller send an email to info@impulseip.com
5. Free Resellers may be terminated if Customer shows no sign of upgrading
6. Support for Free Resellers is limited.
7. Terms may change at any time.
8. Contact information for free resellers must always be accurate and kept up to date
